Releases: 10 AM – 2 PM, by appointment only
[Closed weekends and holidays]
We can only release a vehicle once we get the release from your lender. If someone else is picking up for you, your lender has to send us a third-party release first.
What to Bring
A valid driver’s license
The keys to the vehicle
Payment for any fees: cash only, exact change
If the vehicle has no plates, you must bring plates, a valid registration, and proof of insurance.
Transporters & Auction Drivers
24-hour notice required. By appointment only.

Please verify the vehicle is ready for release before you head out.
You must call us 1 hour out.
Have your paperwork signed and dated for the day of pickup.

Please be loaded and off the lot by 2 PM!
Lot Rules
Personal Property
You can collect your belongings by appointment. Anything bolted down or installed in the vehicle stays unless your lender approves it. Please bring the keys to the vehicle. [A property release fee may apply, depending on your lender.]
If Plans Change
Please cancel or reschedule ahead of time. Redemption no-shows and late cancellations will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee. If you can't come to us, ask about a delivery quote.
